PTBoard is a productivity tool for parents and teachers alike that make it easy to communicate, get organized, and share tasks and information.
PTBoard is a web service specifically designed to streamline PTA, PTO and school administration, operation, and communication. PTBoard makes it easier for parents to get involved in their PTA or PTO and school.
The directory on PTBoard provides parent contact information, organized by classes, so that parents can easily and directly communicate. You can search by student name, search by grade or class. A PDF directory file can be downloaded by admin.
Payments for PTA membership fees, classes, field trips, fundraisers, donations and various PTA events can be made directly through PTBoard.
Parents are able register their children for schools, courses, camps, etc. quickly and directly through PTBoard, with the option of online payment
School administrators are able to quickly deliver messages about school-wide events to parents through PTBoard.
Room Parents (and teachers) can send class notes to the parents of their students through PTBoard.
Forms with due date can be stored on PTBoard and accessed as needed by parents, PTA members, teachers and administrators. Due date alerts help parents to submit forms on time.
The calendar on PTBoard keeps everyone informed of their school, classroom, and personal events. Schoolwide events will alert all members in whole school, class event will alert members in that classroom, personal event only visible to that individual.
